چکیده

In recent years, there have been significant advancements in cancer treatment, particularly with the use of Monoclonal Antibodies (mAbs). These targeted therapies shown promise managing different types fewer side effects due to their high specificity. They become a predominant category newly developed drugs. antibodies offer diverse mechanisms action and can directly target cells while also boosting long-lasting anti-tumor immune responses. This versatility has led development innovative treatment strategies. The monoclonal antibody drugs grown rapidly, FDA approval for various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, metabolic conditions, infectious diseases. As December 2019, 79 therapeutic mAbs approved by FDA, but is still room expansion this field.
